What You’ll Be Working On:

This role is suited to someone who is driven by achieving monthly KPIs, as doing so can result in a quarterly bonus. You will be responsible for contacting warm leads (e.g. those who have registered for a CFD demo account, marketing leads, etc.) via outbound calling, emails and seminars, and converting them to new live trading accounts.

You will provide excellent and high-calibre client service, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and focusing on getting it right the first time. You will act as a brand ambassador for CMC Markets and use your expertise to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services and identify high valued clients for our premium facing team.

What Will Help You Be Successful:

• Experience in a sales role, preferably outbound, with a keen interest in financial markets.

• Being highly articulate and able to communicate with and sell to clients of differing backgrounds.

• Confidence, drive and dedication to adhere to and achieve KPIs and targets.

• Operating with integrity and a highly client-centric mindset, being able to build and enhance meaningful client relationships.

• RG146 certification, including annual CPD points.

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand permanently.
