About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive – Financial Services & Strategic Accounts to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence within the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities across banks, digital banks, fintech companies, payment service providers, insurance firms, lending institutions, and other regulated organizations. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and opportunity development to contract negotiation, account management, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers within the Financial Services Industry.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customer accounts and achieve annual revenue targets.

  • Generate new business opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

  • Drive new logo acquisition while identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling.

  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business challenges and technology requirements.

  • Partner with solution architects, technical consultants, and delivery teams to develop tailored technology solutions and compelling proposals.

  • Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract management, and deal closure.

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across customer organizations.

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM updates.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the financial services sector.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term account growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • 3–8 years of enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Experience selling technology solutions or IT services to financial institutions, fintech companies, or other regulated industries.

  • Demonstrated success in new business development and enterprise account acquisition.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 3-8 years of enterprise technology sales experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling technology solutions or IT services to financial institutions, fintechs, payment providers, insurance, or other regulated industries.
