Join us on an exciting journey where your expertise and industry knowledge can shine. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive innovation and impact in the fast-paced world of converting. Join our team and take on a challenging, rewarding role that combines strategic planning, customer engagement, and technical expertise to shape the future of our industry. This position will directly support the Northern Engraving and Machine brand, a Barry-Wehmiller company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for developing new markets, customer pipeline, products, and services to drive year-over-year growth.

Prepare customer proposals with financial pricing, specifications, and terms and conditions, that align with business goals.

Use customer relationship management (CRM) to effectively manage your sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and capture critical customer information to optimize performance.

Work with sales leaders to set quarterly and annual fiscal goals for orders and margins.

Develop accurate short- and long-term sales forecasts for assigned accounts and territories.

Cultivate partnerships with prospects and existing customers to identify and address needs, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing, installation, and field operating issues.

Work with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for major equipment and modifications.

Participate in trade shows, seminars, and customer visits to strengthen industry presence.

Monitor and share competitive trends, market needs, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-
7–8 years of demonstrated success working with customers and cross-functional teams. Ideally in the capital equipment field, but not required.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong ability to accurately capture technical details for addressing customer challenges and developing innovative solutions.

Strategic thinker with the ability to assess market trends and uncover growth opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications preferred.
