- Ensure timely collection of sales realization and reconciliation of outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate logistics and oversee the timely, efficient distribution of milk products.
- Conduct market intelligence activities to identify gaps in marketing strategies and customer needs.
- Promote and scale the model parlours business within the operational area.
- Monitor, control, and ensure timely recovery of reusable crates.
- Implement measures to minimize product leakages, damages, and losses.
- Address customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or FMCG operations.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data collection, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and documentation practices is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
