Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Azure solution sales leadership, leveraging business insights and performance analytics to drive strategic decision-making, execution excellence, and sustainable growth.
- Partner with Azure solution leaders to develop and execute fiscal year strategies, including market prioritization, territory planning, resource optimization, and business performance management.
- Lead cross-functional orchestration across Azure solution stakeholders, ensuring alignment between sales strategy, customer priorities, partner engagement, and business objectives.
- Drive a disciplined rhythm of business that delivers visibility into Azure performance, identifies growth opportunities and risks, and enables timely actions to accelerate business outcomes.
- Enable solution-led selling by translating strategic priorities into actionable sales motions, operationalizing solution plays, supporting opportunity acceleration, and helping teams increase customer adoption of cloud and artificial intelligence solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Sales, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in Sales Excellence, Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business & Sales Operations (BSO), Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, Program Management, or a related discipline; OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business initiatives, driving planning and execution rhythms, managing complex projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business outcomes through data-driven decision making and change management.
Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred:
- GTM strategy and execution
- ATU/STU sales role
- Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Business & Sales Operations (BSO)
- Revenue planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Business analytics and executive-level insights
- Sales transformation and operating model design
Language proficiency
- Japanese/English, both professional level
