Key Responsibilities
• Actively drives sales and business development
• Formulates strategies to grow sales revenue, market share and customer satisfaction in assigned
territory
• Serves as a liaison and advocate between the customer and the organization
• Prepares and delivers technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and
prospective customers
• Confers with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system
requirements
• Collaborates with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
• Secures and renews orders and arrange delivery
• Plans and modifies products to meet customer needs
• Helps clients solve problems with installed equipment
• Recommends improved materials or machinery to customers, shows how changes will lower costs
or increase production
• Helps in researching and developing new products
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
