The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales, understanding customer needs, preparing technical presentations, and collaborating with teams to provide sales support.

Participate in product development, support new designs, provide technical support during launches, and resolve quality issues for air compressors.

Drive revenue and market expansion in oil & gas by identifying opportunities, managing key accounts, using Salesforce and Power BI for pipeline and forecasting, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts, collaborating cross-functionally, and supporting field sales and trade events. Must be Houston-based and able to travel to customer sites and industry events.

The Sales Engineer drives sales and business development, formulates strategies to grow revenue, and builds customer relationships in assigned territories.

The Sales Engineer identifies customer needs and services, engineers product adaptations, drives sales, collaborates with teams, and delivers technical presentations.
