Our Pittsburgh office, located in Cranberry, PA, is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our MECCO and Gravotech brands. This individual will be tasked with achieving positive sales opportunities with new and existing accounts by professionally and effectively communicating with potential and established customers to maintain and grow revenue.
This is an on-site role at our office located in Cranberry, PA.
Preferred Qualifications- Cultivate new business prospects with both potential and current customers through strategic phone and email engagement.
- Evaluate customer requirements to propose tailored solutions and products to suit the customer’s needs.
- Support Territory Managers in the management of key accounts.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service department to submit sales orders and report quality concerns, ensuring all documentation is comprehensive and accurate for seamless processing.
- Oversee multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle on an ongoing basis.
