We are seeking an exceptional Sales Engineer to join our Revenue team. This role will report to our Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales representatives to convey Garner's value proposition and technical product design to high-value prospective customers. With the support of Garner's Data and Product teams, you will design solutions to serve new business and serve as a technical liaison for our clients.
Where you will work:Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do:- Develop a deep understanding of Garner’s Employer and DataPro products and our clinical methodologies
- Serve as the subject matter expert, supporting the sales team in presenting our cutting-edge healthcare platforms during the sales process
- Conduct discovery calls and help manage relationships with high-value prospects
- Clearly and persuasively communicate Garner’s capabilities and unique value propositions
- Project-manage technical solution design and RFP responses to support critical new business opportunities
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive product enhancements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in the healthcare consulting or technical sales
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing and implementing successful platform strategies
- An ability to manage complex projects and achieve results against tight deadlines
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment preferred

Compensation Transparency:The base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $210,000. This position is also commission eligible. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
