Manage broker and client relationships, monitor account health, address risks proactively, and collaborate with finance, product, data, and technology teams to deliver value reports. Drive net revenue retention and other business KPIs in a fast-paced startup environment.

Own demand generation for health insurance brokers by designing multichannel campaigns, building lifecycle programs, managing segmentation and messaging, partnering with Sales and BDR teams, and generating qualified pipeline. Measure campaign performance, optimize investment, manage lead handoffs, and apply AI to create scalable marketing systems. The role requires strong funnel, attribution, and pipeline accountability in a fast-growing environment.

Own Garner’s B2B email marketing channel from strategy through execution. Build HubSpot nurture journeys and sales sequences, manage newsletters and event promotion, write compelling email copy, maintain database health and deliverability, and use segmentation, testing, and funnel analytics to increase qualified pipeline. Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, marketing operations, and sales teams while applying AI to scale email programs.

Build, optimize, and maintain software systems using AI while collaborating across disciplines on healthcare technology. Develop distributed, event-driven systems, learn new languages and frameworks, and protect user privacy through data security and HIPAA-compliant practices.
