This Position reports to:
Sales Manager - Utility&Transportation
Your role and responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for generating demand for ABB’s ELSP&ELSB products within Industry Segment, aligned with the broader segment strategy. Your focus will be on achieving both qualitative and quantitative sales and pipeline targets to support sustainable growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within your assigned segment.
The work model for the role is: {onsite}
You will be mainly accountable for:
Sales of all ELSP-ELSB product portfolio (Low Voltage Products), Low Voltage Panels (System Pro E-Power, SEN Plus) to Industrial Projects.
Technically knowledgeable and experienced in low-voltage switchgear.
Competent about Electrical Installer and EPC customer segments.
Knowledgeable about industrial end users (especially defense, mining, metal, cement, pulp&paper, chemical and process etc.).
Experienced in project follow-up and project-based sales, familiar with industrial customers in the region and able to travel regionally without restrictions.
Market Opportunities; understanding market dynamics, key competitors, and emerging trends and regularly update related team. Develop industry market customer portfolio.
Achieving channel sales targets; actively use related sales tools (Salesforce, etc) to update the complete Project & Opportunity Cycle.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and align ABB’s offerings with tailored solutions.
Drives and ensures knowledge sharing and cross-division collaborations.
Implements and ensures compliance with the ABB code of conduct, global and local standards, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area.
Qualifications for the role
University degree in Electrical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
At least 8 years of experience in sales preferably in industry segment,
Excellent command of written & spoken English, Turkish knowledge is a must,
Action oriented, analytical, attention to detail, strong interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented,
Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.
