Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner directly with Sales teams to engage with customers and prospects as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, providing strategic guidance and demonstrating the value of Validity solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Validity's product suite and how they address diverse business needs.
- Create and host compelling product demonstrations tailored to prospect and customer requirements.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape to effectively position Validity's solutions.
- Collaborate with the global Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver impactful sales training content.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to provide insights and feedback, ensuring our products evolve to meet our customer needs.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a SaaS company, ideally in pre-sales.
- Proficient in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrating SaaS solutions effectively.
- Strong consultative selling skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and persuasive communication.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Fluency in the English language.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
- Prior experience in a technical sales, sales support, or services role within an Email Service Provider (ESP) or email marketing analytics organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Fluency in the Spanish language.
