- Identify target customers throughout the territory and develop strategies to build relationships and win new business.

- Meet with customers onsite to understand their operations, evaluate challenges, and identify opportunities involving automation, storage, labor, and productivity.
- Engage with senior and C-suite leaders, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CIOs, to communicate the strategic value, ROI, and operational impact of proposed solutions.
- Work closely with Engineering, Project Management, and vendor partners to develop system concepts, layouts, scopes of work, and detailed proposals.
- Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level briefings tailored to each customer's operational and financial priorities.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across warehousing, distribution, e-commerce, manufacturing, and related industries.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities for storage systems, conveyor, work platforms, pallet-based and tote-based ASRS, robotics, automation, and lifecycle services.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging automation technologies.
- Support business development and marketing efforts through lead follow-up, case studies, and customer success stories.
