Responsibilities
- Review customer RFQs and technical requirements
- Assess testing feasibility and define project scope
- Develop test plans, schedules, and pricing proposals
- Estimate labor, equipment, and facility requirements
- Partner with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers to support customer opportunities
- Help drive revenue growth through accurate technical solutions and proposal development
- 5+ years of experience in a testing laboratory environment
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Environmental Testing
- Dynamics Testing (Shock & Vibration)
- EMI/EMC Testing
- Strong understanding of engineering test methods and laboratory operations
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into executable test programs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-facing or proposal development experience preferred

Candidates with experience supporting testing programs to standards such as:
- MIL-STD-810
- MIL-STD-461
- RTCA DO-160
