Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the system flows and customer process for simple to complex parcel and Warehouse sortation systems.
- Team up with the Sales Engineer/Bid Manager in pre-bid, bid and closing phase to jointly secure projects by contributing in deliverables for sales phase.
- Ensures that the defined sales strategy of the project is understood and reflected in all the deliverables.
- Supports the Sales Engineer in preparation of necessary documentation like pre-qualification documents.
- Responsible to prepare compliance matrix for tenders. Consults specialists globally to compare and analyze requirements for mechanical, electro-mechanical, LLC, software against our internal standards.
- Supporting the sales team with Noise and power calculations, compliancy, Demo 3D simulations and sustainability topics.
- Ability to work on various projects in various sales phases simultaneously.
- Provide updates to senior management/project team on the bid status and progress
