This position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Work model: Onsite
- Drive project-based sales of DCS, SIS, GDS and industrial digital solutions for chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Target key customer including production plants, design institutes and EPC contractors, and execute all sales activities in strict alignment with corporate sales processes and overall business strategies.
- Volume and profit. Support sales of related solutions, work toward sales volume, product mix and profitability targets, and gradually take on independent sales tasks with guidance from supervisors and senior sales colleagues.
- Customer relations. Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, understand customer pain points, explain our solutions clearly, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver appropriate solutions. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales plans. Prepare sales plans and sales follow-up records using company tools and templates. Conduct regular sales progress reviews and report risks or gaps to supervisors.
- Sales. Learn professional sales methods, create value for customers and the company, support the whole sales cycle including proposals, technical communication and contract execution, in line with company product specifications and sales strategy (delivery schedule, payment terms, general terms and conditions).
- Marketing. Support marketing activities and value proposition communication to target chemical & pharmaceutical customers.
- New market opportunities. Identify potential new customers and project opportunities in the designated regions, share market information and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Administration. Complete daily sales administrative documentation, maintain customer databases, and assist with payment follow-up as required.
- Offer preparation. Support the preparation of quotations and proposals together with pre-sales and relevant departments, ensuring the basic technical and commercial terms are correct.
Qualifications for the Role
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; preferred majors include Automation, Electrical Engineering, Measurement & Control, Process Equipment, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Computer Science and other relevant engineering disciplines; business majors are also welcome with strong willingness to learn technical knowledge.
- Language Proficiency: CET-4 or above, able to read basic English technical documents; fluent verbal communication in Mandarin.
- Mobility & Flexibility: Able to accept moderate business travel and on-site project communication as required; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of process industry, automation instruments and chemical/pharma production processes; familiarity with basic functional safety & GMP concepts is a bonus.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel); able to make basic sales presentations and customer records.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, logical thinking, result-oriented mindset, resilience for long-cycle industrial sales, teamwork spirit and integrity.
- Personal Traits: Proactive, responsible, quick to learn, student leadership experience, relevant internships or engineering competition experience are preferred.
- Compliance & Values: Abide by industrial safety standards, company compliance rules and ethical codes; willing to build a long-term career in the chemical & pharmaceutical automation industry.
