- 跟踪区域市场及竞争对手的发展情况，拓展新领域并在新领域推广空气侧产品技术解决方案，实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标。
- 按照公司既定策略，积极寻求项目机会，扩大市场覆盖，增强爱科空气侧产品的市场影响力。 收集市场及同类产品信息，帮助公司提升产品性能、质量及应用，并创造积极的客户体验。
- 按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程。
- 按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标，完成项目合同执行及收款工作。 定期分析和总结销售工作，并按要求调整工作方向。
任职资格:
- 本科以上学历，暖通空调、建筑环境与设备工程、机电一体化等理工科专业毕业；
- 具有末端/空气侧产品销售经验；
- 对末端/空气侧产品有一定的产品了解能够提供解决方案,有工程销售经验优先；
- 有一定的直销资源（相关业主，总包，设计院等）或丰富的经销商资源。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HVAC, building environment and equipment engineering, mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience selling terminal or air-side HVAC products.
- Knowledge of terminal or air-side products and ability to provide technical solutions.
- Engineering sales experience.
- Direct-sales relationships with owners, general contractors, and design institutes, or extensive distributor relationships.
