Position Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Manager to join our dynamic team. As the subject matter expert of our assigned product lines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and adoption of our solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with Product and Marketing on new rollouts, leading Beta Testing and product evolution, advocating for the product's value to sales teams and customers, handling capability/feasibility inquiries, and training internal stakeholders on capabilities/logistics. Additionally, you will have a strong background in onsite media activation, with at least 2 years of experience in trafficking or managing onsite ads.

Primary Accountabilities:

Strategic (40%):

  • Client Consultation: Provide clients with in-depth product knowledge and industry best practices to help them leverage the Retail Cloud platform to meet their strategic Product

  • Innovation: Identify new Retail Cloud Platform product or service opportunities based on client feedback and industry trends, and act as a key source of information on how Inmar’s offerings can provide a competitive edge.

  • Proposal Development: Contribute to strategic advertiser proposals, utilizing insights from previous campaigns to shape strategies for future initiatives.

Influence (20%):

  • Platform Adoption: Drive the adoption of the Retail Cloud platform by conducting comprehensive client training sessions, both in-person and remotely.

  • Team Leadership: Serve as an escalation point for junior team members and guide them in resolving complex issues.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with assigned clients, ensuring strong communication and collaboration to support client growth.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and other key internal teams to identify and develop product and service extensions that deliver incremental value.

Technical (40%):

  • Pre-Sales Expertise: Act as a product and capability expert during the pre-sales process, providing technical support and guidance.

  • Client Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding of client files, including POS data, product feeds, and store lists, ensuring smooth integration into the Retail Cloud platform.

  • Platform Training: Deliver in-depth training on the Retail Cloud platform, explaining all features and functionalities to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Address Data/ Reporting Issues: Take responsibility for addressing mapping any data-related issues or discrepancies identified by retailers within your portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes, develop solutions, and implement necessary actions to resolve issues promptly.

  • Product Team Collaboration: Partner with the Product Team to assist in the rollout of new features, offerings, and industry updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the creative and mobile ecosystem, including familiarity with ad formats, targeting options, tracking mechanisms, and measurement tools.

  • Experience in Onsite Media Activation: At least 2 years of experience in trafficking or managing onsite ads. Proven ability to execute and optimize onsite ad campaigns to achieve desired results.

  • Comfortable speaking to clients and presenting ideas or strategies confidently. Ability to build rapport, understand client objectives, and effectively communicate how the product adds value to their business.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends/patterns, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and strategy development.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with product teams, marketing teams, sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to finding solutions and overcoming challenges in the digital marketing landscape.
