Job Requirements
Your Qualifications
- Deep pre-sales experience, including 4 - 6+ years of progressive experience in individual contributor pre-sales roles, and 1 - 3 years of proven experience leading and supporting remote, culturally diverse pre-sales Sales Engineering / Solutions Consulting teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Strong experience in the mid-market SaaS space
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing pre-sales SE / SC teams.
- Unwavering people-first approach to leadership, prioritizing the growth and development of your team.
- Extensive experience working in fast-paced startup environments, with a deep understanding of the mid-market landscape.
- Growth mindset with a solution-solving approach, adapting to evolving business needs and driving continuous improvement.
- Resourceful and motivated, with a passion for achieving ambitious goals and empowering your team to succeed.
