Sales Engineer (m/f/d)

As a Sales Engineer, you are the point of contact and responsible for the overall promotion, sales, and technical support of our range of drive components to the market.

This includes a wide array of gear units, couplings, monitoring systems, and services.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• diving into the active technical sales of products, systems, and services with the aim of realizing Flender's ambitious plans. You independently schedule the necessary customer visits and maximize your time with customers
• together with the technical and commercial internal sales team, you develop proposals and quotations. You monitor ongoing projects and ensure that the set objectives are achieved
• having regular contact with product and sales management and coordinate with them
• delivering presentations, demos, and workshops and participating in promotional activities (e.g., trade fairs, info days, etc.)
• gathering market information and report it. Based on this knowledge, you are able to formulate strategic action plans and contribute to the choice and setup of marketing activities
• your area of operation is the Netherlands. Our customers are mainly industrial clients and our existing distribution partners

YOUR PROFILE

• possessing an HBO level of thinking and having sales experience within a technical product group. Affinity with drive technologies and/or mechanics is a must
• being customer- and service-oriented and knowing how to find a good balance between technical and commercial skills
• having the necessary persuasive power and being a results-oriented person
• enjoyng working in a team but can also function autonomously
• commanding the Dutch language and having a basic knowledge of English and German (both verbal and written)
