The program will prepare you for successful integration into InterSystems' technical teams through structured training, personalized mentorship, and frequent collaboration with cross-functional groups.

- Sales Engineering
Program Structure and Responsibilities:
- Begin the program with an accelerated training in our HealthShare product
- Install InterSystems product and assist with benchmarking exercises to determine optimal deployment configurations.
- Work as a hands-on application developer to coach partners and prospects, particularly in the early stages of adoption or during particularly technically challenging projects.
- Carry out formal training courses in InterSystems technologies.
- Support customers and prospects during beta test programmes or pre-launch activities and provide feedback to the software development groups.
- Assist with troubleshooting and supporting resolution of technical problems.
Qualifications:
- This role is intended for recent graduates from a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Degree in Computer Engineering is highly preferred
- Proven prior coding experience in any language, including: Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, Python, or similar
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Demonstrated initiative through academic excellence, extracurricular, or work experiences
- Technical curiosity and creativity towards complex technical challenges
- Collaborative and flexible mindset
- Initiative to build a technical foundation for a career that will make a difference.

For the first 3 or 6 months (experience and role dependent), we ask our employees to work in the office 5 days a week. Once this period is up, they can drop down to 3 days in the office, one of which must be Monday.
