Main Purpose

The Sales Enablement Trainer will connect and collaborate with Revenue leadership on key projects to drive client retention and sales effectiveness. This role will manage multiple team relationships to collate information and package it for the sales team to utilize. The Sales Enablement Trainer is responsible for preparing documents and training materials that clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Indeed Flex’s solution. This role will also provide coaching on sales and tech adoption client calls and assist with major client sales strategy and the creation of deal-winning presentations both virtually and in person.

  • Ability to breakdown complex technology and explain to a non-technical audience.
  • Work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to continually provide feedback on ways Indeed Flex can improve product functionality, consulting services, training offerings, sales collateral, demo content, and messaging.
  • Responsible for leading our Revenue Induction globally
  • Translate Go-to-Market messaging into requirements for building live product demonstrations.
  • Curate and stage end-to-end data across live demo environments that showcase the competitive value of Indeed Flex.
  • Support Sales, Client Success, and other stakeholders with accessing, leveraging, and understanding sales and tech adoption assets.
  • Responsible for preparing documents and training that clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of Indeed Flex’s solution
  • Conduct coaching sessions with revenue team members by attending client meetings and calls to observe, help drive revenue retention and close new accounts for Indeed Flex.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistency, clarity, and up-to-date content for new feature launches across Sales and Client Success
  • Collaborating with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to translate highly technical and complex concepts into powerful, written materials, webinars, and live training
  • Prioritize key topics of importance to guide project plans. As well as being able to voice gaps you see as important and self-start initiatives
  • Strategize and define success criteria for strategic customer presentations and/or demo requests.
  • Experience in selling and positioning technology products and software solutions in a high-touch, consultative selling environment
  • Experience training or coaching sales and client success teams
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present to a wide range of audiences, including an ability to communicate business and technical concepts clearly, effectively, and convincingly through presentations and demos.
  • Vast knowledge of the Staffing Industry
  • Experience in a fast-growing B2B sales environment
  • Leveraging data to articulate strong client-facing messaging to align with our value proposition
  • Strong account planning and management skills, including mature negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Strong ability to collaborate and influence effectively across a matrixed organization
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
  • High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage 
  • High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision 
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite 
  • Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc

  • $76,000 to $98,000 base
