Position Summary

Want to help shape how sellers learn, execute and win?

As a Sales Enablement Program Lead at Rimini Street, you’ll turn important sales priorities into practical enablement that sellers can put to work in the field. You’ll build and deliver targeted programs that help sellers strengthen their skills, execute key sales motions and perform at their best.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from concept to execution. You’ll work with sales leaders, sellers and partners across the business to understand what the field needs and translate it into clear, engaging enablement that helps sellers know what to know, say, show and do to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Own targeted enablement programs. Take assigned sales priorities and motions from idea to execution, developing the enablement approach, deliverables, activation, reinforcement and measures of success.

  • Help sellers execute and win. Build practical enablement around key selling disciplines and approaches, including MEDDPICC, Challenger, account planning, executive engagement and evolving sales priorities.

  • Make enablement useful in the field. Create clear, actionable programs and resources that give sellers what they need to know, say, show and do, including tools, practice and examples of what good looks like.

  • Turn insight into action. Use performance data, seller and manager feedback, and field insights to identify gaps and continuously improve programs.

  • Help great practices travel. Find what is working across the field and turn winning approaches and examples into enablement that can benefit sellers globally.

  • Make learning stick. Partner with sales managers and the broader Enablement team to reinforce priority practices and help sellers apply them in their day-to-day work.

  • Be part of our biggest moments. Contribute to SKO, Sales Bootcamps and other major global enablement priorities based on business needs and your expertise.

What You Bring

  • 3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales training or a related commercial discipline, ideally supporting B2B sales.

  • Experience building and delivering sales enablement programs from concept through execution and measurement.

  • Experience supporting B2B sales teams; exposure to sales methodologies or structured selling approaches is a plus.

  • The ability to turn sales priorities and seller needs into practical, engaging enablement.

  • Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage sellers and sales managers.

  • Strong organization and program-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A high-ownership, curious mindset and an interest in using data, technology and AI to help sellers perform better.
