What you'll do


As a Sales Enablemnt Specialist you will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our AI-driven SaaS solutions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our sales team is well-prepared to engage with prospects, close deals, and exceed their sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create, manage, and update sales collateral, including presentations, product sheets, case studies, and competitive analysis;
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members to ensure they understand our products, value propositions, and sales strategies;
  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve our sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including the implementation of best practices and the use of CRM tools;
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to the sales team;
  • Sales Tools Management: Evaluate, implement, and manage sales enablement tools to streamline the sales process and improve productivity;
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide relevant and timely information to the sales team;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role within the tech industry, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of AI solutions and their applications in the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach).
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programs.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
