What You’ll Do
The primary responsibility of the Sales Enablement Specialist is to support sales, customer experience and marketing programs to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience for the customer and Ascent Global Logistics. This position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Sales Governance.
- Data & Systems Management
- Maintain and execute the CRM and Sales Data Audit process to set standards.
- Perform data enrichment research and maintain appropriate data within the CRM.
- Manage report requests and analysis to support sales representatives and sales leadership.
- Manage, test and implement CRM updates, changes, and enhancements.
- Sales & Leadership Support
- Maintain dashboards, reports and KPI data within the CRM.
- Work with sales team to resolve data integrity issues in support of CRM hygiene.
- Provide reporting to Sales regarding lost business, new opportunities/pipeline, account onboarding, etc.
- Manage sales account assignments and territory coverage model.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the sales organization in relation to systems and processes used within the sales cycle.
- Assist with the development of education and training content to establish core sales fundamentals for new and existing sales team members.
- Assist with driving key projects and initiatives that drive overall sales growth.
- Organizational Support
- Work with marketing on administration and management of campaigns and associated data.
- Works closely with Business Implementation on account alignment and data needs.
- Partner with Marketing to support sales communications, sales updates, newsletters, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 3 or more years of experience in sales, sales operations, supply chain management, logistics, engineering, or operations preferred.
- Prior experience with CRM’s, creating reports, developing dashboards, auditing activity, and managing users
- Project management experience
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project)
