The Account Executive will develop and maintain new business clients within Ascent's Mobility Vertical, creating strategic relationships with key Customers to strengthen Ascent's position in time-critical and premium logistics solutions. Responsibilities include new business development, relationship building, identifying opportunities, and providing market updates and support to Customers.

As a Manager, Customer Success at Ascent, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define the Customer Value Proposition, orchestrate contracting and customer onboarding, monitor service transition, advocate for the customer, drive continuous improvement, and focus on portfolio growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships for high-profile accounts within Ascent's North American customer base.
