The Account Manager oversees import/export brokerage and freight forwarding tasks, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction by managing shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.

Support, maintain, and improve enterprise LAN/WAN/wireless, SD-WAN, VPN/remote access, and firewall environments. Troubleshoot connectivity, monitor network health, execute upgrades and changes, maintain documentation, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and provide occasional on-call and voice system support.
