We are actively seeking a highly motivated Sales Enablement specialist for our high voltage business unit in the Netherlands. We can offer you an interesting and challenging role in an international, dynamic, and positive working environment. Join our dynamic team as a Sales Enablement Specialist. Your responsibilities

You will be leading, mentoring, and empowering a sales support team to achieve local targets.

You will be managing sales activities for PT, DTR, and Dry product lines to drive sales demand and growth.

Overseeing order handling, project management, and administration, along with executing BU and HUB strategies.
-
Coordinating with factories for market offers, pricing, and homologation, along with updating sales tools and enhancing data quality.

Ensuring project execution meets schedule, quality, financial, and customer satisfaction targets.

Championing energy transition initiatives and staying informed on market dynamics.

Building strong customer relationships and promoting the Transformers portfolio.

Developing the BU 2030 strategy and leading market and budget exercises.

You will be actively participating in marketing events to boost brand presence, drive growth initiatives, and identify new product opportunities.

Your background
-
You have a bachelor’s degree in the electronics, electromechanical, or electricity fields.

You have a minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales support or a related field.

Experience in project management and executing strategic plans.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Strategic thinking with market dynamics understanding.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Proficiency in using sales tools and managing data quality.
