What you will do

As Sales Enablement Sr. Specialist you will support the Enablement team in delivering content across a CMS and LMS. You will be a coach and deliverer of Enablement content to the Americas and SDR teams. Content will span DigiCert Mission and Vision, Sales Plays, process, methodology and tooling.

  • Deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement program elements.
  • Be the organizational backbone for the Enablement team. This includes content management, alias management, Slack channel management and program reporting.
  • Coach SDRs and sellers.
  • Partner cross functionally (marketing, sales, SE, rest of enablement team) to our sellers have easy access to the latest and greatest content

What you will have

  • Minimum of 5 years sales operations experience
  • Demonstrates the ability to work well in a fast-paced, challenging environment as part of a dynamic team of professionals and can communicate effectively in group settings
  • Engaging presentation and coaching style
  • Working knowledge of sales effectiveness and enablement tool stacks
  • Experience working with sales and SDR teams.
  • Organizational skills, ability to master new and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment while being organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency meeting reporting deadlines
