The TigerConnect Revenue Enablement Team is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager to help drive the learning and readiness of the Sales Organization. You will primarily be responsible for the enablement of the Enterprise Sales Team including onboarding, skills development, Discovery, sales methodology, and enablement on tools and processes.  

 

This role will report directly to the Sr Manager, Revenue Enablement and work closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Revenue Operations to build, implement, and measure Enablement initiatives and programs.  

What You'll Be Doing:  

  • Enable, coach, and build enablement programs for the full sales process from prospecting to closing 

  • Build and deliver new hire onboarding for the sales organization  

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of TigerConnect Value Selling and sales methodology 

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to organize and facilitate weekly roleplay sessions  

  • Build and deliver enablement for sales tools, systems, and processes in partnership with Sales Operations  

  • Design, build, implement, and evaluate Sales Enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness  

  • Support and own the creation of sales enablement materials – i.e. playbooks, one-pagers, and other knowledge management resources in partnership with Marketing  

  • Support in the planning and delivery of training bootcamps and Sales Kick Off  

  • Drive a world-class user experience for learners  

 

What You Bring:  

  • 3+ years experience in a quota carrying role in a B2B SaaS company (BDR, sales, account manager or a combination) 

  • 4-5 years experience in Enablement in a B2B SaaS company 

  • Experience enabling, coaching, and building programs around: prospecting, qualification, discovery, sales methodology, negotiation, and closing 

  • Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills including experience presenting to seasoned Enterprise Sales reps Experience with Salesforce and LMS/Enablement Platforms (Allego preferred)  

  • Proven track record of building and delivering successful sales onboarding plans with a reduction in seller ramp time 

  • Proven experience in translating stakeholder needs into tangible training programs with measurable outcomes; creating training materials in various modes - videos, documents, resource guides, etc.  

  • Use data to measure the impact of enablement programs at scale 

  • Successfully implemented and driven adoption for Value Selling, Challenger Sales Methodology, or MEDDICC programs including roleplay programs to teach, build, and assess sales skills 

Preferred:

  • Healthcare/Healthcare tech experience

  • Experience in instructional design, Adult Learning, training models ie ADDIE, the Kirkpatrick model, Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction, etc. 

How We Pay: 

  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities 

  • We are targeting a base salary from $85,000 - $126,000 

  • You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
