The Role

In response to the increasing demands and expanding scope of our Business Development Team, we are excited to add a Sales Enablement Program Manager for our Business Development Team. In this role you will be vital in effectively developing BDR’s at all stages of development. 


What You Will Do

  • Support Knowledge transfer during and after onboarding
  • Work closely with BDR leadership to understand and solve for issues 
  • Effectively coach and develop BDRs at all stages of development
  • Work collaboratively with other Program Managers, Enablement  and sales leaders to identify and strategically approach and solve problems 
  • Adapt quickly to organizational needs and identify opportunities to bring BDR team and leadership through change
  • Decreased ramp time for new BDRs
  • Higher quality MQOs turned into sales
  • More comprehensive communication and process cadence across the sales organization
  • High NPS scores from BDRs and BDR leaders


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years Prior work experience in Sales Enablement 
  • 1-3 Previous experience as a BDR, BDR manager
  • Excellent Content development and delivery skills
  • Track record of developing new talent
  • Creative problem solving skills


Nice to Have But Not Required

  • Factor 8 or John Barrows training
  • Coaching methodology

Compensation


The salary range for this position is a total OTE of $88,000 - $132,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws


Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
