WHO WE NEED:
We are currently seeking a Sales Enablement Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, to join our team in our office in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will be highly passionate and motivated to change the Construction Industry for the better using data and technology. You will partner in the development and execution of sales skills training for the sales organization and work closely with sales leaders to understand the learning needs of the organization that will help meet our sales objectives. Your top goals will include increasing sales productivity and empowering sales leaders and their teams to adopt proven sales methodologies and tactics to cross sell and win new business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Create, plan, organize, and deliver engaging and effective training programs to support the stages of the sales process at HCSS
  • Design and develop new Sales Training courses including, but not limited to - interactive instructor led training courses and, reinforcement exercise
  • Refine, align and reinforce ValueSelling to drive consistent, scalable results across the sales team
  • Support the design and participate in the delivery of new hire sales onboarding
  • Provide deal-specific training, including, but not limited to: pre-call coaching, post-call review, product demonstrations, role plays & Deal Reviews
  • Work with sales leadership to gather business requirements and devise strategies that drive go-to-market processes and sales productivity improvements
  • Execute targeted programs to drive business through new logo acquisition, customer expansion and cross-sell/upsell targets
  • Support the planning, content development and execution of Sales events, as needed
  • Create and refine a data driven, analytic framework to identify gaps and evaluate the success of training programs

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, sales and/or sales management preferably at a SaaS or technology organization with the demonstrated ability to transfer skills to a group and/or individuals
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and virtual training abilities
  • Ability to multitask, act with a sense of urgency, and interface with all levels of the organization
  • Project management skills, to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaboration skills to build and foster relationships with team members at all levels
  • Experience with content management systems, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of instructional design process, program design principles, and practices
  • Highly skilled in using tools and technical knowledge to analyze data to develop insights and make decisions and drive actions based on those insights
  • Curiosity, can-do attitude, conviction, confidence, coachability
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of and experience training to sales methodologies; Familiarity with ValueSelling and Vortex training is a plus
  • Construction industry experience is a plus
