Your Mission:

As a Sales Enablement Manager (DACH), your mission is to empower 60 Account Executives (AEs) with the knowledge, experience, and tools they need to excel. You will design and initiate impactful enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness, enhance productivity, and improve pipeline conversion. Partnering closely with 8 first-line sales managers, you will ensure that enablement initiatives align with business objectives and aid both member and team success. Your role will be instrumental in maximizing sales completion and accelerating revenue growth in the DACH region. This role will involve bi-weekly travel to our HQ in Cologne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored sales training programs and materials for 60 AEs.

  • Implement enablement initiatives to enhance sales completion, productivity, and pipeline conversion.

  • Partner with first-line managers to align enablement efforts with sales priorities and business objectives.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide impactful content, messaging, and competitive insights.

  • Assess performance data to identify skill gaps and improve enablement strategies.

  • Help onboarding for new AEs to ensure a swift ramp-up to productivity.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or sales strategy within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (CRM, LMS, sales insight platforms).

  • Fluent in German and English; experience working in the DACH market is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management proficiencies, with experience working with sales executive.

  • Nice to have: Tech know-how in AI prompting, video editing, or content creation tools to enhance training materials and sales enablement assets.
