As the Business Operations & Strategy team, we are driven by a singular vision: to curate the world's most exceptional inventory for Modern Explorers. Our mission is to offer an unparalleled selection of experiences, encompassing not only iconic attractions but also hidden gems in lesser-known destinations.

Our Sales Operations team fuels the excitement by empowering Sales to deliver the best inventory for Modern Explorers. We aim to amplify our team's impact on Supplier Acquisition and Optimization by setting clear targets and priorities, streamlining processes, and equipping Sales teams with effective CRM tools and tailored training. We're all about making things happen and driving success across the board.

What you will do:
  • Optimize Salesforce to align with strategic goals by enhancing configuration, automation, and reporting—driving sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and build new Salesforce features from the ground up to drive business impact and support strategic goals—going beyond maintenance to shape how we scale the platform.
  • Own the Salesforce technical roadmap, balance competing priorities, and resolve trade-offs effectively by engaging with senior leadership.
  • Upgrade our sales tech stack by identifying, scoping, and implementing tools that increase sales engagement and productivity.
  • Ensure scalable Salesforce governance by identifying inefficiencies, enforcing process standards, and maintaining a lean, high-performing tech stack.
  • Lead the relationship with our implementation partner by defining the right working model for Salesforce developments, driving successful outcomes, and scalability for future projects.
  • Redesign sales processes in collaboration with Sales and Strategy & Operations to improve productivity and support change management across global teams.
Who you are:
  • You have 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or 3+ years in management consulting.
  • You bring deep Salesforce expertise, including (but not limited to): Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
    ** Please include any Salesforce Certificates. 
  • You’re experienced with sales engagement and productivity tools that complement Salesforce.
  • You have a proven track record of leading global change initiatives and process improvements for large (50+) sales organizations. 
  • You excel at cross-functional project management, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without needing direction.
  • You’re a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing.
