Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Own dbt transformation layers, dimensional models, reusable business metrics, and semantic layers for SaaS data. Integrate product events, Salesforce CRM, and support data while partnering with data engineers on schemas and contracts. Establish data quality testing, documentation, monitoring, and lineage practices. Translate ambiguous business questions into reliable data assets supporting analytics, product, and AI use cases.

Architect and build an AI-native automation and orchestration toolchain (fusing traditional tools with foundation models), enable and mentor early adopter teams, standardize practices across departments, drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD adoption, contribute to the IT/Sec operating system, and champion cross-departmental adoption of automation and AI platforms.

Lead and scale the SDR organization across EMEA, drive outbound pipeline generation, mentor SDR managers, implement AI-augmented outbound strategies, align Sales/Marketing/GTM, and deliver measurable pipeline and operational outcomes.

Lead technical pre-sales for Enterprise accounts: run discovery (SPICED), design and deliver value-based demos, validate whole-product security and integrations (SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC, REST APIs, SIEM, data residency), handle security reviews/RFPs/DPAs with procurement and security teams, and engage executive stakeholders. Use LLM assistants daily for discovery, RFP drafting and demo prep, and extend internal AI GTM tooling to prove customer value.

Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems using Typescript, React, and Node. Collaborate on web application architecture and coach junior developers.

Lead segment and solutions product marketing for priority markets. Own positioning, messaging, and solution architecture across lifecycle stages and industries. Use AI and customer/competitive insights to build GTM assets, validate messaging, inform pricing/packaging, and measure impact on win rates, pipeline, and net revenue retention while partnering with Product, Sales, CS, and Commercial CoE.

Lead architecture and build an automation and AI-native toolchain (fusing traditional automation with agentic workflows), mentor teams, drive cross-department adoption, standardize practices, and evolve IT operations toward infrastructure-as-code and platform-first models.

Lead strategic consulting services focused on human risk management, operationalize service delivery, mentor teams, and engage with senior leaders on security strategies.

Lead end-to-end delivery for cross-service platform programs: sequencing work, surfacing risks, managing multi-team migrations, driving adoption of shared capabilities, and establishing delivery health metrics. Partner with product, engineering, and GTM to ensure customer-facing rollouts land cleanly and predictably.

Build core AI platform capabilities (agent runtimes, model routing, tool registries) and production-grade services and tooling using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React. Develop reusable AI infrastructure, work with LLMs and LangChain/LangGraph, and own features end-to-end to enable secure, scalable AI across the company.

Lead portfolio-level product marketing: define category narrative and messaging, set GTM and tiered launch framework, deliver market and competitive intelligence, oversee flagship launches, and manage a team of senior PMMs to drive commercial impact.
