Partner with Sales, Product, and Information Security; monitor German, Austrian, Swiss, and EU regulations; manage external counsel and DPO relationships; and provide practical legal guidance across the scaling SaaS business.

Owns renewals, expansions, migrations, forecasting, and commercial negotiations for public sector SaaS accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role manages ARR retention, budget-cycle alignment, tenders, framework agreements, procurement processes, pricing, contract escalations, and stakeholder relationships. Success requires fluent German and English, DACH public-sector expertise, and experience with B2B SaaS renewals, account management, commercial sales, or customer success.

Generate and qualify outbound leads, build top-of-funnel pipeline, book initial meetings for Account Executives, and provide clear prospect handovers. Represent SoSafe at industry events and on social media while developing opportunities across the UK and Ireland. The role requires outbound calling experience, SaaS understanding, strong communication, technology proficiency, English fluency, and a results-focused growth mindset.

The Account Executive will grow SoSafe’s UKI business by managing the full sales cycle, building pipeline, developing decision-maker relationships, conducting consultative discovery, delivering platform demos, managing deals, and forecasting accurately. The role requires quota-carrying software sales experience, strong organization and communication skills, stakeholder management, and fluency in English. It is a hybrid position based partly in the London office.

Own DACH regional marketing strategy, pipeline generation, revenue influence, ARR growth, outbound and inbound campaigns, budget allocation, account targeting, and performance optimization. Partner with Sales, SDR/BDR, RevOps, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Customer Success to localize campaigns, improve funnel performance, and convert customers into advocates. Requires strong B2B demand generation expertise, DACH market knowledge, analytical skills, and fluent German and English.

Manage and grow reseller, systems integrator, and consultancy partnerships across the DACH public sector. Responsibilities include sourcing partners, developing stakeholder relationships, supporting tenders and framework agreements, negotiating contracts, monitoring partnership performance, and driving joint pipeline conversion. The role requires strong knowledge of public procurement, cybersecurity compliance trends, and long public-sector sales cycles, along with fluent German and English communication skills.

Own product analytics across product lines by defining success metrics, analyzing user behavior and retention, supporting experimentation, and guiding product strategy. Build scalable data products, governed self-service analytics, and event taxonomies using SQL and dbt. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to connect product usage with commercial outcomes. Promote data literacy and apply AI and LLM tools to improve analytics workflows.

Own the end-to-end demand generation operations architecture across Marketing, SDRs, and Account Executives. Manage lead and pipeline lifecycle processes, integrate HubSpot, Salesforce, and Salesloft, operationalize ICP and intent signals, automate prospecting and AI-powered enrichment, and optimize funnel attribution and pipeline health. Partner with GTM leaders to establish targets, improve conversion, and maintain pipeline coverage.

Own revenue operations for Sales Excellence by optimizing Salesforce sales stages, qualification workflows, pipeline health, forecasting, deal desk approvals, pricing, and GTM technology. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executives to improve sales velocity, conversion, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. The role requires advanced Salesforce and forecasting-platform expertise, strong B2B SaaS sales-process knowledge, and analytical fluency in SaaS performance metrics.

Manage scalable customer engagement programs for SMB and low-touch accounts across onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals. Monitor customer health, analyze account data, launch campaigns, deliver webinars and training, curate content, and improve customer success processes. Partner with CSMs, sales, product, and marketing to drive customer outcomes across a 500–1,000-account portfolio while maintaining accurate Salesforce and customer success tool data.

Owns and develops business-critical identity and access management projects across the frontend and backend. Responsibilities include authentication, authorization, permissions, UX optimization, observability, performance optimization, testing, CI/CD, release strategies, code reviews, architecture discussions, and cross-team collaboration in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Own dbt transformation layers, dimensional models, reusable business metrics, and semantic layers for SaaS data. Integrate product events, Salesforce CRM, and support data while partnering with data engineers on schemas and contracts. Establish data quality testing, documentation, monitoring, and lineage practices. Translate ambiguous business questions into reliable data assets supporting analytics, product, and AI use cases.

Lead strategic consulting services focused on human risk management, operationalize service delivery, mentor teams, and engage with senior leaders on security strategies.

Build core AI platform capabilities (agent runtimes, model routing, tool registries) and production-grade services and tooling using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS and React. Develop reusable AI infrastructure, work with LLMs and LangChain/LangGraph, and own features end-to-end to enable secure, scalable AI across the company.
