Lead strategic consulting services focused on human risk management, operationalize service delivery, mentor teams, and engage with senior leaders on security strategies.

Lead end-to-end delivery for cross-service platform programs: sequencing work, surfacing risks, managing multi-team migrations, driving adoption of shared capabilities, and establishing delivery health metrics. Architect and build an AI-native automation and orchestration toolchain (fusing traditional tools with foundation models), enable and mentor early adopter teams, standardize practices across departments, drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD adoption, contribute to the IT/Sec operating system, and champion cross-departmental adoption of automation and AI platforms.

Own go-to-market for a new Adaptive Defence product: craft messaging, source net-new Design Partners, run agreements and onboarding, hand off contextual feedback to Product, and secure logos, testimonials and case studies.

Manage the GTM AI Engineering team overseeing automation, AI agent strategy, and integration with sales and marketing for revenue growth.

Build AI-native product features end-to-end: prototype rapidly, ship iterative releases, engage customers for feedback, and own quality, scope, and outcomes. Work in short cycles using agentic coding and modern stack to move from 0-to-1 in a startup environment focused on human-risk cybersecurity.

Lead and scale the SDR organization across EMEA, drive outbound pipeline generation, mentor SDR managers, implement AI-augmented outbound strategies, align Sales/Marketing/GTM, and deliver measurable pipeline and operational outcomes.

Lead technical pre-sales for Enterprise accounts: run discovery (SPICED), design and deliver value-based demos, validate whole-product security and integrations (SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC, REST APIs, SIEM, data residency), handle security reviews/RFPs/DPAs with procurement and security teams, and engage executive stakeholders. Use LLM assistants daily for discovery, RFP drafting and demo prep, and extend internal AI GTM tooling to prove customer value.

Lead and scale a Renewals team to protect and expand recurring revenue. Build predictable renewal motions, own late-stage negotiations, optimize pricing/discount governance, partner with CSM/Sales/RevOps, and manage high-value at-risk renewals to improve GRR and NRR.

Lead the enterprise platform product for identity, provisioning, access governance, extensibility, and demo infrastructure. Define roadmap (SCIM, SSO, RBAC, APIs), partner with Sales/Engineering/Security to remove procurement blockers, deliver reliable demo/sandbox environments, and measure platform impact on deal velocity, deployment speed, and expansion.

Lead the enterprise platform product for identity, provisioning, access governance, extensibility, and demo infrastructure. Define roadmap (SCIM, SSO/SAML, RBAC, APIs), partner with Sales, Engineering, Security and Customer Success to remove procurement blockers, improve onboarding and demo reliability, and drive commercial outcomes by making the platform secure, scalable, and easy to integrate.

Lead SoSafe's legal function and team, advise leadership across commercial contracting, data protection, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory risk, partner with Sales and InfoSec, manage external DPO/counsel, and translate EU/DACH regulatory changes into practical business guidance.

Develop and maintain scalable fullstack software systems using Typescript, React, and Node. Collaborate on web application architecture and coach junior developers.
