Job Summary
 

The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement is a strategic liaison between the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams focused on market segmentation, lead generation and advancement with the ultimate goal of client engagement and revenue growth. This is an opportunity to build out a new function within the Marketing division, providing the infrastructure to scale with a fast-growth organization. The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement must have excellent cross-functional leadership and presentation skills to help communicate concepts in a professional and persuasive way with a focus on metrics — being responsible for measuring, monitoring, and improving all aspects of the product and sales marketing efforts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build infrastructure for B2B marketing function, including on-going market analysis, sales education, and strategic content development

  • Working closely with Sales and Product teams, define market segments and buyer personas; owning voice of the customer

  • Create and implement integrated B2B campaigns that highlight Crossover positioning and differentiation, drive brand awareness, and generation qualified leads

  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, creative deliverables, timeline, budget, and performance measures

  • Work closely with Sales team to proactively provide the marketing elements they need to successfully participate in pitches, conferences, panels, RFPs and prospecting activities that align with the typical buying process

  • Create high-value written content to educate the sales team and prospects/clients such as case studies, white papers, collateral, competitive information sheets, demo scripts

  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need

  • Facilitate sales training including competitive threats, related industry news, and best use of marketing and sales enablement materials

  • Partner with Sales Operations to plan and execute client and industry events 

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in enterprise-wide B2B marketing and/or sales (direct sales experience strongly preferred)

  • Knowledge of market analysis techniques and proven results executing strategies to reach revenue goals

  • Experience developing effective marketing materials for sales and account teams that contribute to lead generation and advancement

  • Prior healthcare services experience, either directly within healthcare setting or through prior consulting work

  • Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills and can perform well with clients, partners, vendors, and other related parties; skilled in working and communicating adeptly with various different departments 

  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative, distributed, and cross-functional team 

  • Experience working with external agencies and creative teams

  • Solid understanding and experience in a wide variety of digital, social media, and channel communications preferred

  • Proficient in general Apple Software, Google Productivity suite, and Microsoft Office. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work both collaboratively and independently 

  • Comfortable in smaller company environment and can manage tasks independently

  • Adherence with strict healthcare industry compliance laws and policies

Physical Job Requirements

  • May require standing, walking, and sitting for extended amounts of time

  • Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • Includes full range of body motion.

  • Requires corrected vision, hearing and speech within normal ranges. Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.

The base pay range for this position is $105,478.00 to $123,937.00 per year. Pay range may vary depending on work location, applicable knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus opportunity and comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and 401K.
