Greet and assist members at clinic front desk, manage check-in and basic benefit eligibility, handle calls/emails and scheduling, process visit transactions, resolve member questions, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient-centered experience.

Provide direct primary care while leading clinic clinical team. Oversee medical practice operations, implement standards of care, develop clinic goals, hire/coach providers, ensure quality/compliance, and support integrated care delivery with occasional after-hours coverage.

Provide as-needed optometry assistance by greeting patients, collecting histories and pre-test data, managing patient flow and scheduling, maintaining clinic instruments and inventory, handling contact lens trials/orders, managing insurance/billing communications, and supporting seamless patient care under an Optometrist.

Provide integrated exercise coaching within a multidisciplinary primary care team: lead group fitness classes, coordinate referrals and follow-ups, collaborate with program leads to improve programming, and perform related duties. Maintain required certifications and deliver patient-centered care.

The Dermatologist provides comprehensive dermatology services, collaborates with medical teams, performs procedures, and documents patient care accurately.
