So, what’s the role all about?
As a Sales Enablement Manager, Onboarding, you'll work to build structured onboarding for our client facing teams (SDR, AE, Pre-sales, Partners etc)— helping ramping reps faster, building confidence in the sales motion, and setting them up for early quota attainment.
How will you make an impact?
- Designing and delivering onboarding programs for incoming SDRs and AEs across various segments
- Facilitating new hire bootcamps, role-plays, and live training sessions
- Building and maintaining onboarding program including, playbooks, pitch frameworks, and ramp curricula
- Partnering with Sales Leadership to define ramp milestones and success metrics (e.g., time-to-first-meeting, time-to-first-close)
- Reinforcing messaging, product knowledge, and sales methodology throughout the onboarding journey
- Identifying ramp gaps and working cross-functionally with leadership to close them
- Maintaining and updating onboarding content in the LMS or enablement platform
- Coaching new reps 1:1 on what success in their role looks like
Have you got what it takes?
- 2–4 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or AE OR 1–3 years in a sales enablement, sales training, or revenue onboarding role
- Familiarity with sales methodologies
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience with Sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
- Ability to build materials & frameworks from scratch — decks, playbooks, call scorecards
- Coachable, collaborative, and energized by helping others grow
