Job Description Summary
The Global Sales Enablement Data Integrity, Insights & Platform Manager is a highly skilled individual contributor who serves as the company’s subject-matter authority for enablement data, reporting, and platform operations. In this strategic role, you will own the accuracy, governance, and optimization of the systems and datasets that support our global sales organization.
You will guide the design of scalable workflows, uphold rigorous data quality standards, and own enablement reporting and insights that inform global programs and operational execution. As the primary owner of key enablement platforms - most notably Showpad - you will ensure consistency, reliability, and alignment across Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, HR, IT, and Product.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integrity & Governance
- Own and maintain high-quality, trusted enablement data across Showpad, SharePoint, Workday, Gong, Salesforce, and analytics tools.
- Build and evolve taxonomies, metadata models, tagging frameworks, and data lineage for content and learning systems.
- Identify opportunities to enhance system integrity, data alignment, remediation workflows, and operational resilience.
Insights & Reporting
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that measure global adoption, content performance, learning impact, and seller productivity.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales enablement and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with sales operations and PMM to standardize metrics, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
- Support emerging AI-driven capabilities by ensuring data quality, structure, and readiness.
Platform Ownership & Optimization
- Serve as the primary Showpad owner for global configuration, governance, and performance.
- Manage platform architecture, permissions, workflows, automation, and integrations with CRM, HRIS, CMS, SSO, and related systems.
- Oversee platform releases, testing cycles, and cross-functional communication.
- Identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Program Support
- Support all Global Sales Enablement programs including onboarding, continued learning, certifications, and evergreen initiatives.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve content accessibility, and increase platform adoption.
- Champion best practices for data usage, content governance, system design, and operational excellence across Qualys.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in sales enablement, platform administration, revenue operations, or data governance.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms (Showpad preferred), LMS/CMS systems, CRM integrations (Salesforce), and analytics/BI tools.
- Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomies, content models, and data governance practices.
- Proven ability to design dashboards, deliver insights, and support executive decision-making.
- Experience managing complex systems, integrations, and workflows across global, cross-functional environments.
Preferred
- Familiarity with content governance, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong data modeling proficiency.
