The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for assisting in various commercial activities and working with the sales team to optimize distributor relationships.
Essential Functions- Roles/Responsibilities
Assist commercial teams with RFI and RFQ
Assist with processing sample requests as needed by Sales team
Provide bottle drawings as requested by customers
Utilize CRM for all sales related activities
Quote all necessary opportunities that come in, ensuring that margin thresholds are met and quotes are completed in a timely manner.
Manage customer accounts as assigned by manager
Communicate and coordinate activities with sellers and other cross-functional teams as required
Required Education and Experience
- . Strong ability to identify and communicate value proposition and create customer alignment
- Experience in direct sales and account management with a demonstrated track record for success with new business development (rigid plastics a plus) and business retention
- Ability to work effectively across various business functions and disciplines
1 -3 years experience in a similar position, i.e. customer service or sales
Prior experience with key packaging/container distributors are a plus (includes NACD)
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PP)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
