Serve as the on-site HR business partner for a manufacturing plant, handling employee relations, hourly recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll/timekeeping oversight, benefits and policy administration, performance and salary administration, coaching leaders, conducting investigations, and supporting talent development and retention initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement, quality and reliability, production planning, maintenance, inventory optimization, cost control, capital projects, ERP and digital initiatives, and cross-functional customer-focused outcomes while building high-performing teams and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, environmental, and HR standards.

Lead plant quality, process, and improvement programs; audit for GMP/AIB/IMS compliance; ensure test methods and calibrated equipment; apply statistical tools (CPK, Tz, SPC, DOE); lead problem-solving and new product launches; train and mentor technicians; interact with customers and suppliers on quality issues; manage hiring and maintain training documentation.

Lead and maintain the facility Quality Management System, oversee daily production quality on blow mold lines, manage inspections and testing, drive defect reduction using SPC, handle customer complaints and audits, supervise quality staff, and coordinate documentation, non-conformance disposition, and safety compliance.

Direct daily production and maintenance operations to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant plant performance. Oversee scheduling, preventive maintenance, inventory, staffing, new product launches, process improvement, GMP compliance, and training. Lead problem-solving, continuous improvement, and execute projects under plant management direction.

Lead planning and implementation of new production lines, develop and transfer plastic forming and secondary processes to production, troubleshoot and resolve process issues, perform experiments and data analysis, upgrade process controls, apply statistical methods, support product and mold design reviews, and train operators and mechanics.

Supervise production and warehouse operations in a manufacturing plant: plan/schedule production, ensure GMP/OSHA compliance, manage staffing/training/performance, handle inventory, shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers and other departments.

Manage production scheduling, inventory, purchasing, payroll, HR functions (recruiting, onboarding, leave tracking), customer feedback entry, and plant-level accounting. Support shipping/customer service, enforce policies, assist with timeclock corrections, and perform other assigned administrative duties in a production environment.
