Shape the success of our business development programmes by creating impactful enablement content and delivering market-leading insights that drive revenue growth. Curate and share intelligence on market trends, competitors, and new solutions, empowering our front office teams to have more valuable client conversations. Take ownership of a dynamic content and insights strategy, ensuring the right resources reach the right people at the right time. As a champion of both our clients and the Computershare brand, you'll play a key role in bringing our value proposition to life and influencing business success.

 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

 

Proposal and pitch enablement (core focus)

  • Own and maintain core sales decks, proposal templates, and foundational sales materials

  • Ensure all content is client‑ready, outcome‑led, and easy for front office teams to use without rework

  • Refresh content regularly to reflect current propositions, solution development/changes, and market context

  • Ensure templates are modular, clear, and aligned to how we sell

 

Market, client, and competitor insight analysis

  • Analyse market, client, and competitor insights captured by teams across the business (via the SharePoint insight log and other sources)

  • Identify themes and implications that should shape core messaging, decks, and templates

  • Develop and maintain competitor battlecards as an output of wider market and competitor intelligence

  • Produce concise insight summaries and sales talking points to support client conversations

 

Enablement hub ownership (MSE SharePoint)

  • Own the Sales Enablement SharePoint hub as the single source of truth for sales content and insight

  • Keep content current, well‑structured, and easy to navigate

  • Retire outdated materials and enforce version control and content standards

 

Content governance and quality control

  • Act as a quality gate for sales‑facing materials

  • Maintain consistency of tone, messaging, and visual standards across all content

With a strong eye for quality, consistency, and organisation, you'll create and maintain impactful enablement materials that are easy for teams to use and trust. Combining analytical thinking with a collaborative mindset, you'll help ensure our front office teams are equipped with the right content, insight, and tools to succeed.

  • A relevant educational qualification or equivalent in-role experience

  • Educated to degree level or higher (Preferred)

Skills Required

  • Experience owning and maintaining sales decks, proposal templates, and foundational sales materials
  • Experience analysing market, client, and competitor insights and turning them into sales messaging
  • Experience creating competitor battlecards, insight summaries, and sales talking points
  • Experience managing a SharePoint enablement hub or similar content management system
  • Strong writing, editing, and quality-control skills for sales-facing content
  • Ability to maintain version control, retire outdated materials, and enforce content standards
  • Collaborative stakeholder management and cross-functional working to align content with commercial priorities
  • Educated to degree level or higher
