Our Opportunity:
To be effective in the role as a Regional Sales Director (Based in Singapore – covering Thailand & Indonesia), you’ll have a proven track record selling complex enterprise-level solutions and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. You are passionate about creating value for your customers and have the courage to ask the right questions critical to your customer’s success. You'll identify the right decision-makers and influencers and possess excellent communication skills. You believe in the benefits of RPA solutions and have a high level of commitment to delivering on your goals.
You’ll exceed your targets and be successful by:
Taking ownership of revenue generation, developing new opportunities, managing pipeline, creating and executing account strategies, and closing enterprise-level deals for new, expansion, and renewal bookings across Thailand, and Indonesia markets.
Conducting on-site and remote customer meetings, including initial pitch presentations and demos with marketing qualified leads.
Attending tradeshows and regional events to develop new business leads across Southeast Asia.
Conducting standard and custom product demos and addressing technical Q&A.
Interfacing with client technical teams to present our product architecture, engage in solution discussions customized to client needs, and overcome technical objections.
Collaborating with sales engineers to manage and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) exercises, including live bot (process automation) demonstrations in client environments.
Leading RFX responses in coordination with RFX teams, sales engineers, product, and services teams.
Coordinating closely with technical support, engineering, and services to align solution design with clients’ business requirements.
Working closely with senior leadership to ensure product success and help shape the future roadmap.
You will be a great fit if you have:
10+ years of full sales cycle experience in enterprise software or technology solutions.
Bachelor’s degree combined with strong work experience is required. A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Preferably 2+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or 3+ years in related automation technologies.
Experience covering or selling into Southeast Asia markets (Thailand / Indonesia preferred) is highly advantageous.
Past experience as a sales engineer or in services is a material advantage.
Preferred experience will be assessed based on the combination and relevance of education, training, and experience.
You excel in these key competencies:
Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture and technologies.
Knowledge of business process management.
Expertise in consultative selling, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, handling objections, and closing.
High energy with the ability to excel in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience working with channel partners such as Big 4 consulting firms and leading system integrators is a plus.
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and other sales technologies.
Demonstrable technical depth with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage a multi-country territory (Thailand & Indonesia) while being based in Singapore.
