In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Representatives while also maintaining direct involvement with strategic clients, complex opportunities, and key revenue initiatives. You will oversee sales forecasting, performance management, pipeline health, and execution of the sales strategy, while serving as a visible sales leader in the market and a trusted advisor to customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives within the property and spatial data space, driving accountability, performance, career growth, and sales excellence.
- Personally contribute to revenue growth through ownership of strategic accounts, executive-level customer relationships, and participation in high-value sales opportunities.
- Partner with sales team members on prospecting, opportunity development, negotiations, and closing strategies to accelerate team performance and win rates.
- Develop and execute sales strategies by leveraging best-practice frameworks, methodologies, and performance metrics to achieve growth objectives.
- Clearly communicate sales priorities, goals, targets, and expectations while creating alignment across the team.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to develop local, regional, and divisional initiatives that increase market awareness, generate demand, and support revenue growth.
- Utilize forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to identify opportunities, assess risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Actively recruit, retain, and develop top talent while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Serve as a leader in the field by maintaining strong market awareness, cultivating customer relationships, gathering competitive intelligence, and identifying new growth opportunities.
- Facilitate problem resolution across teams and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness and customer outcomes.
- Develop and refine policies, processes, and sales practices that enhance productivity, scalability, and business performance.

- Provides direct management of Sales Manager(s) and oversight of the broader sales team
- Influences Senior/Executive Management on decisions related to departmental and functional priorities, schedules, plans and cost controls.

- Advanced degree preferred
- 7-10 years of directly related experience
- 5+ years demonstrated experience in a management role.
- Demonstrated success establishing, leading and maintaining effective working relationships at the Senior Management level.
Pay Range: $162,000-$179,800 annually (This amount is a combination of base salary plus potential incentive pay target)
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
