Summary:
The Director, Business Operations Data & Analytics is responsible for in-depth analysis of critical business data, including sales performance from Salesforce (calls, activities, opportunities), financial data, and client campaign performance. Engage with stakeholders, asking incisive questions to identify their underlying business problems and data needs.
What you will do:
Create and use results of data analysis to craft and deliver the most relevant and impactful analysis to key stakeholders
Produce and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and peers
Clearly articulate complex data stories and strategic recommendations
Leverage cutting-edge AI tools like Salesforce Einstein and other data AI platforms, coach and train teams in their use.
Identify, evaluate, and implement new data tools and systems to automate data processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy
Guide and mentor direct reports
Develop and deliver training to empower business users to better understand and utilize data and AI tools for their day-to-day work
Partner with senior leadership across departments to ensure data-driven insights are a central part of business planning and execution
Present and translate complex data into a clear and compelling narrative for both technical and non-technical audiences
What you will bring:
Strong understanding of sales and marking technologies, including marketing automation, CRM, social media management, and analytics platforms
Highly proficient with advanced data tools, including Tableau, Looker Studio
Expert-level skills in Microsoft BI, including the ability to write macros and scripts within Excel
Highly proficient in Salesforce data models and reporting capabilities
Hands-on experience with AI tools for data analysis, Salesforce Einstein, is greatly preferred.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to quickly collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with impeccable attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Seven (7) years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar strategic role
Two (2) years of experience in a leadership role
Benefits and Compensation:
The salary range is $110,000 - $120,000 + uncapped commission and cell phone stipend (On-target earning potential $152,000 - $162,000+). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
