-Lead strategic business development across key accounts, building strong commercial partnerships and leveraging product and brand strategies to drive sustainable growth in sales, margin, and market share.
-Define and steer the point-of-sale strategy, ensuring best-in-class retail execution across accounts through high-impact commercial plans, campaigns, and sales force effectiveness within a wholesale environment.
-Own and optimize the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy, including forecasting, demand planning, allocation, and order management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery of commercial targets.
-Drive integrated wholesale planning, leading demand and inventory strategies to maximize stock efficiency across the company and its partners, while supporting long-term business performance.
-10+ years of experience in commercial management roles within wholesale and/or retail, preferably in the sportswear or fashion industry.
-Strong understanding of sports market trends and consumer dynamics.
-Solid experience in commercial strategy, strategic planning, and budgeting.
-Advanced Excel skills.
-Advanced English proficiency.
