TripleLift is hiring a Sales Director, UK to join our growing European team. The candidate will report to the RVP of Sales, Northern Europe and will be responsible for developing revenue across IPG and Dentsu, leading all new business within this patch as well growing its existing accounts. The patch is buoyant so it will be an integral part of the UK business. In addition to day to day sales activities, the senior candidate will be responsible for proactively seeking out ways to deepen our IPG / Dentsu footprint with a focus on key accounts and senior relationships across the agencies, while critically thinking about our business to improve our overall product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead sales activities for a targeted list of key brands across IPG and Dentsu
  • Utilize a solution-selling philosophy by listening to key business requirements, and selling through Triplelift's solutions that meet the clients' needs.
  • Collect and organize information required to give TripleLift the competitive advantage when competing with other firms for client business.
  • Provide weekly updates to leadership on sales, leads, and status of prospective projects
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan
  • Effectively forecast monthly and quarterly sales
  • Develop and execute the IPG / Dentsu Sales strategy
  • Partner closely with the Demand Partner Management, DSP and Supply teams to achieve revenue across all of our product lines

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 8+ years in digital sales, media or ad tech; programmatic experience is required
  • Solid media agency experience and network
  • Solid understanding of Internet advertising including video, DSPs, programmatic, and 
  • sales process
  • Motivated team player who strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced fluid environment
  • Lead by example attitude
