Position Summary
The Sales Director, Southeast Asia Sales is responsible for leading the SDC sales organization to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction across Southeast Asia.
The position develops and executes regional growth strategies, builds high-performing teams, strengthens customer relationships, and works cross-functionally with product management, operations, customer service, applications engineering, and executive leadership to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Business Leadership
Own regional revenue and market share performance across Southeast Asia.
Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Identify and capture opportunities in advanced semiconductor, memory, foundry, specialty devices, data storage, OEM, and emerging technology segments.
Drive new product introductions, qualification wins, and share gain initiatives.
Lead forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and business reviews.
Develop strategies to consistently outperform market growth.
Strategic Customer Management
Build executive-level relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners.
Lead engagement with Global Strategic Customers and major regional accounts.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing strategies, long-term supply arrangements, and strategic partnerships.
Drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
Sponsor critical account escalations and resolution processes.
Organization & People Leadership
Lead and develop a regional team : Account Managers
Recruit, coach, and retain top commercial talent.
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability.
Build succession plans and leadership bench strength.

Commercial Excellence
