Are you an experienced Sales Director who thrives on providing mission-critical intelligence solutions for cyber and physical security teams in the Defense industry? As a Sales Director within Flashpoint National Security Solutions (FNSS), you will be instrumental in helping government and public agencies achieve their critical mission of providing for the welfare of their citizens. This role has a direct focus on delivering intelligence solutions to Special Operations Command (SOCOM).

We have a role for you if, you:

  • Have proven ability to generate new pipeline and crush net-new sales targets by owning complex SaaS and service deals across National Security and Defense communities.

  • Excel at driving exponential growth through strategic channel engagement, working closely with Channel Partners, VARs, and System Integrators to scale market presence.

  • Are an executive-level communicator who builds long-term, customer-centric partnerships and can effectively negotiate and manage complex Software deals with technical analysts, leadership, and procurement teams.

  • Seamlessly collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues (such as threat analysts and sales engineers) to articulate deep solution value and deliver positive, impactful experiences to every prospect.

  • Are a highly motivated self-starter and independent operator who manages an entire vertical with minimal oversight while leveraging CRM and emerging sales tools for maximum efficiency.

What you will achieve

  • Within 30 days

    • You will have completed a list of prospects and completed an initial outreach

    • Introduce yourself to any current customers in your vertical

  • Within 60 days

    • You will have developed an outreach cadence leveraging multiple channels for yourself and the business development team

    • Drive Flashpoint’s brand and solutions through your professional network

  • By 90 days

    • You will have completed all the sales training on products

    • Started to generate new pipeline

    • Completed demo’s and POV’s with the assigned Solutions Architect

    • Be well on your way to closing new or upsell business deals

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • A track record in complex government sales, acquisitions, or interagency experience, not only building initial pipeline, but owning the entire deal lifecycle to closure.

  • Experience as a former practitioner in the Defense, Law Enforcement, or Intelligence Community, providing you with a keen understanding of government intelligence and cyber operations and a deep familiarity with the public sector's operational functions and sales processes.

  • Proven experience in Software Sales with the ability to consultatively sell solutions, specifically demonstrating an understanding of our core products and outcomes in Vulnerability Management and Cyber Threat Intelligence.

  • Hold an Active Top Secret (TS) clearance and legal residency within the United States

  • A willingness to travel to clients within your assigned region, when required

Base Pay Range: $126,300/yr - $175,000/yr plus commission

Our goal is to have an offer to a candidate within 45 days from when the role is posted. Typically, if the team is interested in your background you will hear from a member of the team within 2 weeks from your application submission date.
