Sales Leadership & Execution

  • Lead sales strategy with a primary focus on major retailers; expand business from Eastern Japan toward Western Japan.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and deliver measurable sales growth.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, value-based selling, and multi-year key account plans.
  • Drive new business acquisition and consistently achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Leverage data, KPIs, and CRM tools for forecasting, pipeline management, and performance measurement.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-potential accounts in a competitive environment.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate high-value / complex commercial agreements.
  • Act as a strong “hunter”, continuously identifying new opportunities across the fresh produce ecosystem.

Skills Required

  • Proven sales leadership with major retailers and regional expansion in Japan
  • Track record managing complex sales cycles and delivering measurable sales growth
  • Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, value-based selling, and key account plans
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and meeting revenue and profitability targets
