Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director, Asia to lead our growth across key Asian markets, excluding Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue, building and developing high-performing sales teams, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and executing regional go-to-market strategies.
The successful candidate will combine strong commercial leadership with hands-on sales execution, bringing a proven track record of scaling enterprise technology businesses across diverse Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver regional revenue, bookings, and pipeline targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Drive strategic account growth and executive-level customer engagement.
- Improve forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and sales productivity.
- Expand partner and channel-led business across the region.
